I have to tell you about the Angels on Earth Daily Planner 2011. When I fill you in on how it came to be, you’ll see why I’m so excited, and why I know you will be too.
One of my favorite features in the magazine I named myself, “Candid Angels.” Of course I was referring to Allen Funt’s old television show, Candid Camera, where people were caught unawares on film. In “Candid Angels,” it’s the angels who get caught. By you! Readers have provided us with an endless supply of amazing true stories—but also with surprising photographs. Months ago, while choosing an image for this end-of-year issue, I spread photos out on my desk. Angels on a snowy rooftop, in the girders of a bridge—even in an apple core. “I guess angels really are everywhere,” someone said. Wouldn’t it be great to be reminded of that every day of the year?

Dear Colleen, I'm searching for the Angels on Earth christmas stories from Christmas 2000. I lost my copy of the magazine in a move and I'm saddened because those were my very favorite christmas stories . Since they came out, I made it a tradition to read them not only every advent, but whenever I felt the need to get a little closer to God. it was the group with the story "singing to the sheep" about the angel who had a small voice but faithfully went to choir practice and was given the first choice of assignments, and she chose to sing to the sheep, it turns out the choir director went with her to bethlehem.
I sing in a choir and I read this whenever I felt like I needed a boost. I learned about being faithful to what you are supposed to do with no thought of laurels by God sending that particular angel into my life.
