My daughter and I loved making this recipe. We danced around the kitchen just waiting for it to come out of the oven. We wondered why our phyllo seperated from the baklava itself after it was baked and when we would take a piece to taste it? Otherwise, we loved the taste and I had to stop from eating all of it. I liked the way you made your diamons. We didn't do that but will the next time we make it.
