God can make the impossible possible. When God told 100-year-old Abraham that he and his 90-year-old wife Sarah that they would have a child, Abraham dropped to the ground in unbelieving laughter at such a ridiculous idea, and Sarah joined him in the laughter (Genesis 17:15-17; 18:10-12). But it happened. And when an angel told the young Virgin Mary she would have a baby to be named Jesus, she asked how that was possible. The angel’s answer: “With God nothing shall be impossible” (Luke 1:26-37).

He is saying that to you, too. Do you remember the time when a man brought to Jesus a little boy who often foamed at the mouth and fell down, sometimes into water or fire? This distraught father told Jesus, in effect, “I brought the boy to your disciples, but they couldn’t help us.” But Jesus could! When the man said to the Lord, “If you can do anything...help us!” Jesus replied, “Everything is possible for one who believes” (Mark 9:17-23). Our Lord said almost the same thing to his disciples at other times (Matthew 19:26 and Luke 18:27). And everyone who believes in Christ is his disciple and can trust him to help in seemingly impossible situations.

Faith and prayer are the keys to making the impossible possible—even though the process can be very slow and even if our faith is very small. Jesus said that faith as tiny as a mustard seed—one of the tiniest seeds on earth—can move mountains (Matthew 17:20).

When you face an impossible situation, remember:

“God is my strength and power” (2 Samuel 22:33).

“With God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).

“We are more than conquerors through Him that loved us” (Romans 8:37).

"God “is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine” (Ephesians 3:20).

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).

FAITH is... Fully Assured In The things you've Hoped and prayed for.

I am believing that my godson Marcus will be reunited with with us. After raising him from birth and having him abruptly torn out of our lives back in February 09,by his biological mother. God allowed Marcus to be reuinted with us (his godparents)9 months later back in November 09 and once again, his mother has ripped him out of our lives. My heart is heavy and my stomach feels like a bottomless pit. Marcus was traumatized my the whole ordeal. I am praying and believing for the impossible. I am praying that God will return Marcus to us once again, but this time for good. I'm praying that Marcus (4yrs old) knows that I didn't abandon him. I pray that he knows that I didn't leave him. I feel so broken and consumed with grief right now. Pray for me and my family that we will continue in prayer and believe God to do the impossible.

I got a word yesterday that may expand on this article: Today is the day we re-possess everything that the devil has stolen from us. Today we garnish his wages, seize his bank accounts foreclose on his property, and move it all into the hands of God's people. In the name of Jesus!

I am believing for the impossible right now. Well impossible the the world, but not God. We, my husband and I are trying to get custody of his kids. The impossible is his ex-wife agreeing to it. But I believe that God is in control and that everything will work out. And before we know it, we will be a full time family.

I have seen my God do things that seemed impossible, change minds, make a job available, restore marriage after divorce so I can know can and will do it again. I believe. Hallelujah!!!AMEN
