Jumpstart Your Fitness Plan Now!

I've been thinking about plans a lot lately because I'm trying to make one of my own.

I know that when you want to achieve something, you need to take steps that will lead you towards your goal.

For instance, this is the three-step fitness plan that always gets results:

1. Cardio: get your legs moving and your heart pumping. 
2. Strength training: women over 30 need weight training to build bones and burn fat.
3. Pilates: these stretching and strengthening moves make us long and lean

One of my dreams is to host an exercise show that will help people become strong and stay free of disease as they age. I’ve been thinking long and hard about my plan. The first steps I’m about to take are going to the International Christian Retail Show in St. Louis this July, hiring a publicist and exploring the world of podcasting.

These are big steps for me, ones I’ve thought about for years but not given myself permission to take. What it means, though, is that I am wrapping up this blog to commit myself to this new direction.
