Leading Outlet for Inspirational Stories and the Largest Community for Grandparents
to Exchange Content on Regular Basis

CARMEL, NY and NEW YORK, NY—OCTOBER 6, 2009—Guideposts, the leading inspirational ally helping people connect their faith filled values to their daily lives, and Grandparents.com, the premier community for today’s new generation of active and involved grandparents, today announced a content distribution agreement.

Under the terms of the new business relationship, Guideposts and Grandparents.com will both exchange and prominently feature editorial on each other’s website regularly.  The new arrangement began last month when Guideposts.com created a special section for Grandparents Day and featured content from Grandparents.com.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to present Guideposts content to one of the largest grandparent communities on the web in Grandparents.com,” said Philip Charles-Pierre, Vice President, Digital Media at Guideposts.  “By having audiences with similar interests and demographics, we believe audiences for both Guideposts and Grandparents would enjoy content from each other’s site.  At Guideposts, our audience has a certain affinity for all things grandparents, from inspirational stories to recipes to how to’s related to grandchildren.”

“We are thrilled to expand the reach of our content to Guideposts readers and we are happy to be able to inspire our audience with the rich content Guideposts is famous for,” said Stacey Duffy, head of business development for Grandparents.com. “Our core strengths dovetail nicely with one another.”
