I went see my lawyer Monday, The lady at EEOC,mark the wrong block on my paper. I went back 2 EEOC, that following day to have it correct, but the lady was on vacation. I call my Local 474, to get a contract book to see what step i need to take. So, I call the Local in Washington, D,C. I told them everytime I call the local in Memphis, My represented is never in the office. I call him sveral time but get no response. I need to get back to work as soon as possible, it habe been six-month already. I have not has my hearing yet why does it take so long.27 yrs. perfect and outstanding attendance. My att need some answer about what going on with my cases.
