Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

I asked for prayers for a financial situation in which I found myself. It took many months but my prayers were answered and the situation was resolved in God's own time. Thank you Father for this blessing!

Ok some may say it is Coincidence but those who believe in God would say it is a God incidence...I asked to be reminded to take a bag to the park when I walk as it is usually full of garbage after a weekend. Mon. I forgot and I found a bag in the road clean not used, took it to the park and half filled it. Today I forgot again, saw a lot of chicken dinner on the ground next to a garbage can, and thought some dog like Wylie will eat this and get sick! Looked around, saw a bag on the beach big enough to hold it all, I used a doggy bag on hand to pick it all up! Done! Leaving park I find another clean bag, and said OK God there must be more to pick up, so between the park and home I find two 7UP bottles, a beer bottle, and half a bag of garbage!! Careful what you ask of God:)LOL

We have prayed together that God would sustain me. My home is sold and it does appear I will have a place to land for now. I am grateful and thankful.

God is answering prayer for my daughter and her family. Even through the hardest of times when we don't see or feel anything happening, let us not fail in our faith. Because of God's promise in Matthew 7:7 - Ask and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you, I choose to believe my prayer will be answered fully. Bless his name!
