Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

Thank you God for protecting me from evil. I was in the right place at the right time. Five minutes earlier and it would have been a disaster, a real problem. I had been in doubt that God was even looking after me, and then this, almost a miracle.

Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing, healing and saving my Mother, Brother, family, friends, neighbors and me, continue to bless, guide and protect us. Forgive us of our sins. Thank You for giving me a good new job. Touch and heal my friends, n, t and j, all of whom are seriously ill. Bless those on our prayer list, homeless, unemployeed, uninsured, suffering loss, facing danger, disaster and bad weather, our public servants and service men. We ask in the name of Jesus, not our will, but Yours be done. Amen gcm

Family members have been helping me to survive financially. I've had gifts of Costco cards, foodstuffs, some money, and prayer. Although I am still without a job, I was prepared to give notice on my apartment, as I only had enough money in my checking account to pay for one more month's rent. My mom just gave me enough money to survive another two months and stopped me from selling my class ring, too. God has truly been supplying for my needs, and I'd like to publicly say "Thank you, God!"

I requested prayers last week for my 2 month old baby nephew who had major eye issues. After seeing a pediatric opthamologist, he's been diagnosed with cataracts, which many would find "horrible", but it's truly the best case scenario and can be corrected with eye surgery, so I'm very thankful! I thank the Lord it's something treatable and this sweet baby will soon see. Thank you all who prayed, and thank you, God †.

I want to give Him some praise. He blessed me and my husband's finances without me even asking Him to do so. I showed restraint in my spending and the Lord allowed me and my husband to get out of a 5,000 debt and refinance one of our cars. Then I had an unexpected extra thousand dollars on my check. All without me asking the Lord for more money!! I took responsibility and the Lord God blessed me and my family with abundance. The Lord helps those who help themselves. Thank you God I love you and I feel so happy to have Your constant protection and guidance. Keep the faith everyone!

God is good!!! I just want to thank everyone for your prayers. several months ago I submitted a prayer request that my husband and I were struggling with our montage and we were about to lose our home and getting deeper into debt. I'm pleased to report that after several months of talking with the bank and many many prayers the bank has worked with us and re modified our loan. They have given us a principal forgiveness and our new loan amount is market value and the payments are lowered for us to afford them with a fixed rate. I am truly overwhelmed with joy and thanks to God and your website for all the prayers.
