Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing, healing and saving my Mother, Brother, family, friends, neighbors and me, continue to bless, guide and protect us. Forgive us of our sins. Thank You for giving me a good new job. Touch and heal my friends, t and j, both of whom are seriously ill. Bless those on our prayer list, homeless, unemployeed, uninsured, suffering loss, facing danger, disaster and bad weather, our public servants and service men. We ask in the name of Jesus, not our will, but Yours be done. Amen gcm

Thank you God for so many blessings and thank all of you that prayed for me. I had asked for prayers in dealing with my health insurance payments and things are moving along. I had asked for prayers for Christmas to focus on celebrating the day for what it is the birth of our glorious savior and not to wallow in self-pity because I would be alone. I found a way to spend Christmas with my cousins. I am a widow with no immediate family and no children. The past few years have been extremely difficult perhaps more so because I couldn't see God's fine hand at work but I do now. I pray I not lose sight of him in my daily life and pray that all who pray here are blessed. May we all celebrate this season of hope. Thank you.

In August, I asked for prayer for my family. My son was having a baby and planning on going in the Marines which was something my husband and I didn't want. My husband needed a job and desired to return to his previous job, and my daughter was praying to graduate from community college in December. I asked for prayer that my son son would stay here to help raise his baby, work and return to community college, God answered that prayer. He has a great part time job that allows him to go to school during the day and work in the evening and parent his child. My husband recently returned to his previous job which was our desire and my daughter graduated from community college in Dec., and will continue her education at a university. God is so good, He answered all of our prayer requests right on time. We love the Lord and serve Him with all of our heart and being. We thank God for His dedicated children who love and care for others and pray for them daily. Thank you for your prayers. May all of you be eternally blessed. My family and I will continue to give God all the praise and honor.
