Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

I asked God to bless my family with a vehicle that fitted all of my children and my dog that would be dependable and road ready if needed... He did just that, My son and I asked God for a Financial Blessing, I had my Astro Van with 215,000 plus miles on it for sale on Craigs List, the add expired after seven days. No one met me to see the van, I had many calls on it. Tonight out of the BLUE a man called me and asked if it was still available.. I said yes, he met me , we went to the credit union, I did not have the title- it was the registration, he left, we were going to meet on tomorrow or Monday- This would allow me time to find the title. I came home( stressed, wondering would he still want the van later), I said... Lord you are a right now God- I need to find the title- I found the title within minutes. I just moved into this house, boxes are everywhere, God led me right to it-I called him, some how they were on the wrong freeway-(hmm)his cell had no charge- I was able to meet him again within the hour- He paid me cash for the van. The manager of the store gave me and my kids a ride home. My children can have Christmas and I can send my mom something too. Thank You all for praying for us, I WILL POST AGAIN, I'M PRAYING. God Can And He Will -In His Time Not Ours. Thank You Jesus !!! Did I forget to say my children's father, my ex-husband died 12-03-09. God has taken care of us through it all ! God Bless All Of You Out There. Never Give Up On God, He Promised He Would Never Leave Us !

Please praise and thank God with us for the various miraculous ways God provided for us this year in which we faced having to come up with a third more for unexpected expenses than our retirement budget contained. My husband had been working for sometime on a project overseas where the initial earnings had to go for an office, employee salaries, to repay loans to start up the enterprise, etc., so he personally he had received only small sums for his efforts for a couple of years. Then God Your "plan" for this enterprise worked out as Yours always so perfectly does: that in this lean year when we needed it most, three lumps sums were paid to my husband in the spring, this fall, and last month. When I finished paying the bills this week and checked what money might be needed to withdraw from our retirement funds for the rest of the year, it was a glorious zero! Not only were we blessed in this way but we've also been living for the last few months off the fall income that project finally provided. And there will even be some left over in December to make what we need in January far less that I feared five months ago. God we are so grateful for Your very special providing of our daily bread in this particular installment way that helped us cover so many extra needs when we least expected to be blessed in this way. We also want to thank all those who have been praying with us this year about our strained finances. And we thank God in advance for the new projects He is arranging for my husband to connect up with that will likewise helps us financially to continue to be able to pay for our daughter many healing needs so one day she'll be able to work again and support herself. We thank, just as we ask, in Jesus Christ's name.

I prayed that we wouldn't have to get rid of our cat Salem--because she was going to the bathroom on the bed constantly. I took her to the vet and she had a urinary tract infection. It brought tears to my eyes that I wouldn't have to get rid of her. I do believe God healed my cat and we don't have to get rid of her now. God knew that it would break my heart to do that. Praise Jesus--he really does answer prayers.
