Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

I've been so worried about money and losing my house. I've prayed and asked you to pray with me for finances... long story short, my social security will be going up exactly enough to cover what I needed.

Please praise and thank God in advance for healing my husband's cough that has been going on for a number of weeks. It seems to be the tail end of a number of generally mild symptoms that could indicate his immune system has only effectively been doing it job and keep whatever problem this could have turned into from becoming something worse. If this is true, we thank God for this healing-in-progress as well as for His continue help with strengthening and keeping my husband's immune system healthy and strong. If this is not what has been causing my husband to not feel his usual healthy self, we thank God in advance for guiding him to the right healer soonest so medical help can assist with him getting better faster. We thank, just as we always ask, in Jesus Christ's name.

We had a small financial situation I was worried about. My husband got a bonus check we weren't even sure he would get at all and it was more than twice what we had hoped for. I feel very thankful

God has answered our prayers. Years ago, a sweet woman came into our lives, named Melissa. She is our angel, she is our best friend. She is a gift from God. Today is her birthday, blessings to her and all that she loves. Thank you!

I thank God for my husband's full time job. Though we still need financial help to pay all the bills, I thank God for whatever He gives everyday. He provides for everything. I thank God for whatever we have, for the good health of my family, for protecting my sister-in-law and a friend from a car accident almost similar situations but one is in the west and we are in the east. Thank you for protecting my family, extended families and friends.
