Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

I hurt my back and could barely walk on Sunday. By Monday afternoon I felt so much better and now I am fine. Praise God and thank you for your prayers. God is amazing.

Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing, healing and saving my Mother, Brother, family, friends, neighbors and me, continue to bless, guide and protect us. Forgive us of our sins. Thank You for giving me a good new job. Bless those on our prayer list, homeless, unemployeed, uninsured, suffering loss, facing danger, disaster and bad weather, our public servants and service men. We ask in the name of Jesus, not our will, but Yours be done. Amen gcm

I asked for prayers because my mom lost her power and got very sick at the same time. Her power is back on and she is feeling much better. I also asked for prayers for my son, who was so very sick with fevers of over 104. He finally got some medicine, and with two days rest has no more fever and can finally eat something. I know that without God's healing, none of this would be possible. Thank you Lord, for healing my family.

My dad was so upset that he lost money he sent to me in the mail. He turned the house upside down looking for it and thought he'd accidently thrown it out. It finally arrived after a month - right on time when I really needed it. Thank you God!!

Thank you God for the gentle nudge from a new friend re a possible new career choice. I'm not certain it's the path I should go, but I do believe You brought the idea to my friend's mind for a reason. Thank you for new friends who are so loving and intuitive.

What a difference prayer has made in only a week! Today Mom saw her doctor again. He was satisfied that her knee is healed and cancelled the x-ray and follow-up appointment. He determined that Mom's thyroid levels are normal as well. Thank You, Lord!!

Thank You Lord for working out the situation with the kids and the need for a baby sitter. That was truly divine intervention. And I pray that her son gets better and doesnt get paralyzed. Thank you for my supervisor agreeing to juggling my hours around to work things out so we don't miss any time, and also my husband's supervisor. Also Thank You for L agreeing to watch them today. Thank You. AMEN
