Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

I thank you Lord for my son, Tyler's continued good health. I thank you for good blood test results and a good check up. Thank you for our jobs and my family and friends. Thank you for your provisions and for sending your only son so that I could be forgiven.

Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing, healing and saving my Mother, Brother, family, friends, neighbors and me, continue to bless, guide and protect us. Forgive us of our sins. Thank You for giving me a good new job. Touch and heal my friends, t and j, both of whom are seriously ill. Bless those on our prayer list, homeless, unemployeed, uninsured, suffering loss, facing danger, disaster and bad weather, our public servants and service men. We ask in the name of Jesus, not our will, but Yours be done. Amen gcm

I've asked for prayers for the last few days as I wasn't sure if there would be any money coming to us from my husband's business this month. Being self-employed, we never know for sure what extra there will be every month. Praise God that he was able to bring home a check yesterday that will cover most of our needs for the next couple of weeks.

About two weeks ago my car stop working.I had it towed to the dealership and the diagnosis was engine problems. My extended warranty expired the weekend of Thanksgiving for major repair. So I was looking at a lot of money to repair my car that I did not have.I pray everyday throughout the day but I immediately began to pray on this situation and ask God to give me favor over the outcome.I spoke with corporate where I purchase the car and he asked what I could afford.I mention I would be thankful if they could pay 50% -90% of the repairs.Again, I did not have any additional money and I'll be losing my job later this year.So any amount would be appreciated.Within two hours I received a phone call from my service advisor and he mention he negotiated with corporate on my behalf to get them to pay for 99% percent of the repairs. The cost was $2500.00 corporate paid for $2400.00 and I was out of pocket only $100.00.Giving praises to God for being above and beyond ALL circumstances, situations and people. This was truly the work of God.I am grateful my service advisor and corporate were kind to me during this time.I just wanted to share my story with some one to be an inspiration. To trust God to take care of ALL your needs.Beyond Bless!

I wrote to you about the possibility of a job opening that I so desparately needed. A lady retired from her position and I immediately submitted my application. That was on the 10th of Dec. by the 16th of Dec I was offered a part time position doing exactly what I had applied for. The full time position won't be filled until the middle of March. Thank God for the part time and continue to pray for me to get the full time position. It would have benefits and insurance that I so desparately need. Thank you again and please continue to pray.
