Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

For Peace today and deliverance from debilitating lonliness and depression. Thank you Father for your goodness, mercy and grace. Still praying and holding on for my Christ centered miracle marrage to L. You promised to with hold no good thing from us. I pray for your favor and submit to your will. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I am dealing with a chronic painful illness, dealing with doctors and the problems with getting through the health care system. Last night, I was frustrated with God and voiced my concerns. Today, I started the day off with alot of pain and sadness. I sat down and read several prayer sites and felt so much more hopeful. I prayed for God's forgiveness and my day turned around and everything I did turned out. People were helpful and not surly and I even sensed more smiles as I went through the day. My constant pain and fatigue was greatly reduced. I have my needed appointments which were next to impossible and know that even though I had a lapse of faith that God still loved me and was with me all through this day. Thank you for your prayers and thank you Lord for continuing to help me learn and understand.

I asked for prayer for my friend Julian's Mother who was dying-I asked that if the Lord felt it was her time to Come Home that God would call her home. God called Josephina home last night. She is now with Jesus free of pain. Thank You for your prayers

God has answered so many of my prayers. I went through a time where i felt very lonely and depressed and i prayed for God to put the right man in my life. Within days I met the person who has changed me...and made me a better person. Also I prayed for God to help with my financial burdens, he provided me with funding for school, the right roommate, and a new job.Trust in him.

Thank you to all who prayed for my daughter Jill who is in college and is having roommate problems. She has found an apartment and a new roommate for the fall of 2012. Than you for all your thoughts and prayers. She thought she knew her current roommate but their friendship isn't what it was when they signed up last year. It has been a stessful semester living with someone who will not talk to you and will not even acknowledge yor presence in the room. My daughter has learned to deal with her current roommate situation, has continued to do well in her nursing studies and has now found a new place to live and roommates that she feels will be a better fit. This has been so hard on my husband and myself as we are 5 1/2 hours away and we feel so helpless. We all turned to prayer and I turned to you my prayer friends, we want to thank you for your support and prayers as Jill's future at college is bright again!
