Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

Your prayers for my mom's knee pain have worked: this morning her knee feels much better and more flexible. She also was able to get an appointment with the doctor for this morning.

Dear God, Thank you for helping me last evening to mention the little business that I hope to start. I have one or two possible clients. Thank you for the wonderful hike yesterday and for my car as transportation. Thank you for food, clothing, and shelter.

Last week I ask for prayer for my brother who was having exploratory surgery, he did fine, the Dr took out 18" of his small intestines, he is eating soft foods now and may come home today. His chances of having the surgery again is 50/50, the Dr is pleased and we are thankful he is doing so well. Thank you for praying for him.

God answers all my prayers! He gave me a unique surprise yesterday that I don't believe I asked for but it sure was nice! And if by chance I somehow asked for it...thank you ever so much for it. Blessings and deep thanks!

Thank you Lord for your prayer warriors. You prayed for Child Protective Services to understand that a young toddler slipping out the front door of the home was an accident, not the result of a negligent parent and investigation was not necessary.

Please praise, praise, praise and thank, thank, thank God with us for the "signed deal" answer to a year of prayers about my husband and Bobby's negotiations with two principles to create a new company. What a miracele answer! So many times one or both principals were on the brink of walking away over and over! We also gratefully thank all that have prayed over and over for this turning out well so as to provide some much needed additional income to help us continue to support and be able to pay for our daughter's many health treatment needs. We also ask prayer now and thank God in advance for ironing out the remaining two problems with the signed deal. First the one that could cause the deal down the road to still collapse...the necessary trademark arrangements that must be correctly accomplished by a specific time. Second the need for Bobby to now negotiate effectively with one principal to honor the agreement about being not only paid amount agreement upon but "now" for coming up with this project and not have to wait until the trademark situation is resolved, which could be a couple of years from now. And we also thank God in advance that Bobby will also deal "fairly" and pay my husband his portion of that fee. We thank, just as we always ask, in Jesus Christ's name.
