A Prayer Service of Guideposts

Answered Prayers

It has been said there are three answers to our prayers: “yes,” “no” or “wait a while.”  However, underlying each and every answer is the silent promise, “I am here.”  Experience the power of God's love and feel the comfort of God’s presence in these true stories of answered prayer.

For the fact that I have a roof over my head, a comfortable warm bed to sleep in at night, food on the table, a safe place where my 17-year-old dog and I can live in peace and love with my widowed elderly mother. Two college degrees, DVR that will hopefully help me find a job as a disabled person for the first time. Family, friends, my fiancé. I'm grateful for guideposts and the prayer warriors! In Thanksgiving I humbly say amen.

Thank You Lord for answering my prayers for financing of the house I am purchasing. While I know there are other issues that may come up before the end of escrow, I know that without You Lord I would have not been able to find funding of the house. You have been so very gracious to me and my family in our search, the auction, and now the funding of the house, along with Blessing me with my credit score increase in such a short period. I ask You Lord to continue to Bless my family and I with the purchase, the repairs that are needed, and the building of the meditation area I have promised to create for You Glory. In the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior I pray, Amen

Thank you for the prayers for my brother. Our family has been worried about him. He went to the doctors for a check up this week. He was preparing for surgery in a few weeks. He found out he no longer needs the surgery. He is healing and getting stronger. Thank you so very much for the prayers. I know that is the reason he received the good news

Please thank God with us for all the ways He has helped us recently. Particularly guiding me when all else failed to work…to take the suggestion of my herbalist to get acupuncture treatments for my remaining health concerns, which did resolve what seemed untreatable! We also are so appreciative of it working out that my husband has this new possible business opportunity to have an interesting project to work on as well as maybe this entire venture becoming a new source of income. We are so grateful for how You help us stay healthy and cancer free. Please give our daughter a big hug for us. We thank in Jesus Christ’s name.

Dear Friends, Thank you all for praying for my mom Jennie and my Aunt Stella. My mom is hanging in there, but still needs your prayers. My Aunt Stella is out of ICU, and is improving and will be moved to a regular room. Praise God. Again God Bless You All, and Thank you!

Yes, prayer has favorably effected my life! I married my true love. My daughter and grandson are doing well. Mom might have found some joy in her life with a new man. At last there seems to be a break thru with my treatment for triple negative breast cancer. Thank you for your prayers! God has blessed me and my family

God bless all prayers and those who pray. My husband had a very good visit with his cardiologist and he said he would see him again in six weeks. I know that the prayers that have been offered up for him by the volunteers on this site have been heard. With a grateful and humble heart I ask for your continued prayers on his behalf. I know that we won't have as much time left as we would like, but miracles do happen and your prayers are proof of that. Thank you and may God 's love and grace fill your life and heart for your kindness and compassion.
