This is July 30. I was trying to see the fireflies, but couldn't get them to come up. Has it been deleted, or why can't I watch the video?
Absolutely amazing. We hardly ever see any her in Raeford, NC but can remember catching them as a child in my hometown of Bedford, PA. How can anyone say there isn't a God. This is His handiwork.
I live in Michigan , rural farm area. My front porch faces west which is all farm fields and wide open spaces. We get the same kind of show. They shine like diamonds and make me feel so rich. ( a line from an essay I wrote about it ).
Great video and article in June's Guidepost. I grew up in Northern Virginia and recall hurrying to grab a Mason Jar (my dad poked holes in the lid) to catch one or two 'lightening bugs'. The wonders of God's creations.
Yes it brings back memories. I grew up in Northern Virginia as well and put them in a jar to watch them.
Incredible! the beauty of mother nature. God gives us all kinds of beauty all around his creatures like tresure hunting only of we open our eyes and heart.
Gave me goos-pimples galore and that nice warm feeling reminding me that God is and will always be there with and for me.

I lived in the Gatlinburg area and saw the fireflies twice. This is a once-in-a-lifetime show and if anyway possible you can get there you should see God's handiwork first hand.
Beautiful! I was born on a farm in IL. and we used to enjoy the fire flys at night. I now live in FL and I do not see many so this was very enjoyable!
