For a decade, Hallmark's 'Countdown to Christmas', the channel’s annual holiday celebration featuring original movies and holiday specials, has been spreading joy and getting people in the holiday spirit.
This year they're raising the bar and releasing 40 brand new movies to celebrate the season. The line-up begins airing on October 26. Movies on Hallmark premiere at 8 p.m. EST and movies on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries air at 9 p.m. EST. With so many movies, there’s a new release almost daily. Here are some of the movies we're most excited to watch.
November 2
Catch up with Fuller House star Jodie Sweetin in Merry & Bright, where she plays Cate, the CEO of a candy cane company. What she doesn’t know is the handsome man she thought her mother was trying to set her up with was actually hired to make her business more profitable. Fans of You’ve Got Mail will enjoy watching the competing interests of these two business people fade as they fall in love.
November 10
American Idol alum Kellie Pickler stars as Aria Eubank, a woman who finds herself in a love triangle when she convinces a travel expert and ghostwriter to write about her small town. She’s torn between the charming Sterling Masters (Christopher Russell) and the genuine Tyler Hynes (Alex Bartlett).

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries ‘Miracles of Christmas’
Tamera Mowry-Housley plays a single mom who needs to find a Christmas miracle to write about for the magazine she works for. As she hunts down a story, she is surprised to become part of her story by being part of a Christmas miracle—and finding romance with a colleague.

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries 'Miracles of Christmas'
Kathie Lee Gifford returns in the companion to last year’s Godwink movie. This edition follows Alice (Cindy Busby) and Jack (Benjamin Hollingsworth), two strangers brought together over the holidays for a wedding through a series of mysterious coincidences.

Chaley Rose (Nashville) and Rome Flynn (The Bold and the Beautiful) star as a broken up musical duo brought together for a Yuletide Festival in a small town.
November 30
When Angela (Lacey Chabert) is fired from her job as a tour guide in Rome right before the holidays, she accepts an executive named Oliver’s (Sam Page) offer to teach him the “heart and soul of Rome” so he can buy a company in the region. As they explore the city, they discover a deeper connection with the city—and with each other—than either imagined.
December 1
Fuller House star and Hallmark movie favorite, Candace Cameron Bure returns in Christmas Town. The movie follows Lauren Gabriel as she leaves the city behind for small town life just in time to rediscover the joy of Christmas.
December 7
Kristin Chenoweth stars as a choir director who connects with a widowed father over his talented son.
