Set Your Goal, Achieve That Goal in 2011

In the spirit of supporting your 2011 resolutions, I found a couple resources that might help or inspire you.

Having not only adhered to my 2010 New Year’s resolution but achieved the goal I set, I have the zeal of the newly converted. I want to shout from the rooftops, shout it out on Facebook and tweet it on Twitter: You can achieve your heart’s desire! It may not be easy. But it is so worth it!

In the spirit of supporting your 2011 resolutions, I found a couple resources that might help or inspire you.

I’ve been thinking lately about a financial diet for next year, a way to consciously and successfully take charge of my money. I found that Real Simple has created a “Cut Your Costs Boot Camp,” a two-week program to get you fiscally fit. I’ve already signed up, won’t you join me?

If you simply want some easy guidelines, check out our 5 Tips to Fix Your Finances.

I also received a list of 22 New Year’s resolutions in an email from Dr. Frank Lipman, a physician and founder of a wellness center here in New York City. I was taken by the life wisdom in his list, and saw multiple resolutions that would lead to living a saner and healthier life. Check it out!

Let me know what resolutions you finally decide to commit to in the new year!

And may 2011 bring you all the happiness, success and joy your heart and soul desires!
