Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Try this instead of a milk shake for a summertime treat. You'll get lots of vitamin C without the calories.

Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Tip: To speed up ripening, put the bananas in a brown paper bag overnight. You can keep these ingredients in your freezer until the urge to indulge strikes you.


2 medium-size very ripe bananas, cut into small chunks and frozen

2 cups strawberries, frozen

2 cups orange juice

½ tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon Equal for Recipes or 1½ packets Equal sweetener or 1 tablespoon Equal Spoonful


Place frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, orange juice, lemon juice and your choice of Equal product into a blender and process until smooth.
