This breakfast treat, the perfect start to your summer day, is just packed with antioxidant-rich blueberries and other healthy ingredients.

Ingredients

4 cups frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana (peel prior to freezing)

1 cup soy milk or skim milk

8 ounces yogurt

4 ice cubes

Preparation

1. Combine ingredients in blender.

2. Purée until smooth.
