This sweet treat is the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day!
1 frozen banana |
¾ c. frozen raspberries |
1 Tbsp. almond butter or other nut or seed butter |
1 Tbsp. maple syrup or other sweetener |
2-3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk (optional) |
1. Combine the banana, raspberries, almond butter and syrup in a blender. Blend to a smooth and creamy texture, scraping down the sides of the blender a few times if necessary.
2. Add almond milk to achieve desired texture.
3. Scoop mixture into a bowl, serve and enjoy!
