Fish with Grapefruit, Avocado and Purple Onion Salsa

Simple and elegant (and easy to make)!

This recipe is designed to keep you in the kitchen for a short amount of time, so you can enjoy the spring weather outside.


1 grapefruit, pith removed and segmented 1 avocado, cubed
3 Tbsp. chopped purple onion 2 tsp. mild hot sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 tsp. olive oil
2 6-oz. fish fillets, cooked (salmon or white cod)


1. Mix all ingredients except fish in a small bowl.

2. Spoon over cooked fish.
