Simple and elegant (and easy to make)!

This recipe is designed to keep you in the kitchen for a short amount of time, so you can enjoy the spring weather outside.
|1 grapefruit, pith removed and segmented||1 avocado, cubed|
|3 Tbsp. chopped purple onion||2 tsp. mild hot sauce|
|1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice||2 tsp. olive oil|
|2 6-oz. fish fillets, cooked (salmon or white cod)|
1. Mix all ingredients except fish in a small bowl.
2. Spoon over cooked fish.
