You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.—Genesis 50:20 (NIV)
Throughout the Bible, there are dozens of verses with the words, “but God...” Each is a testament of His power to intervene and make the impossible, possible, to give strength where there was weakness. If you find yourself making excuses in your life, thinking, I want to do this, but..., add God to your statement invite His power to overcome your doubt.
Lord, sometimes I feel powerless, but then I remember You are with me. You make all things possible.
