Great Morning Exercise

Every morning dedicate five minutes in silence to keep your heart in tune with God. Take in a deep breath and pray. Affirm that God is filling you with strength and energy. Feel His love and power fill your spirit.

Today's Prayer:

Magnificent Creator God, help me to keep my mind, body and spirit in tune with You so that I can be a vessel for Your good works.
