Relief Through Grief

Some believe that strong people don’t show sorrow or sadness, and that it’s not acceptable to cry or release emotion. Holding back your feelings is against the law of nature. Healing comes by working through your pain and letting go. Find relief through grief.

Dear Lord, on days when I feel anything but blessed, I still know that Your comforting hand is helping to heal my hurting spirit.
