I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.—PSALM 130:5 (NIV)
God’s timing is sometimes different from your own, and waiting on Him and remaining hopeful might seem impossible. If you become weary, turn to the Bible. Remind yourself who God is and why you should continue to hope in Him. Trust as David, the great king of Israel, did in the above verse, and know that God will guide your steps.
Heavenly Father, I know you are faithful to me, and I will be faithful to You, trusting that You hear and always answer my prayers.
When you release the burden of a heavy heart you experience Jesus’ love in action.
Turn to these verses to remind yourself how valuable you are in the light of Christ’s sacrifice.
Instead of focusing on the negative and unknown, train your mind to trust Jesus.
As you learn to trust in the Lord, your hope and faith in Jesus will continuously fill you with confidence.
